They foster a collaborative and supportive work environment where employees are empowered to contribute their best work.■Role & ResponsibilitiesAs a Trade Marketing Specialist, you will be instrumental in driving sales growth and brand awareness through strategic initiatives. You will play a key role in developing and executing impactful marketing campaigns tailored to specific customer segments, creating engaging point-of-sale materials, and overseeing promotional activities. You'll collaborate closely with sales and brand marketing teams to ensure seamless execution and optimal results. You will contribute to the development of winning channel strategies, and ensure optimal portfolio and resources allocation per segment. You will also play a key role in identifying areas of opportunity within our client’s customer base.■Main tasks include・Lead the creation of customer and channel activation strategies and plans to maximize volume and value growth.・Develop optimal product portfolios aligned with overall brand strategy and maximizing value per segment.・Manage the development and distribution of POSM materials, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.・Develop and manage merchandising standards for all POSM, enhancing brand visibility and product placement.・Oversee the execution of key marketing initiatives and promotional activities.・Collaborate with the Sales team to identify key geographies to enhance efficiency.If you are interested in this position, apply now and we’d be happy to discuss further.#LI-Hybrid

求められる経験
■Requirements
・Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, marketing, or retail within the FMCG industry.
・Solid experience with Food and Beverage or Alcohol products.
・Proven ability to develop and implement successful trade marketing strategies.
・Experience in agency/vendor management.
・Experience in sales promotion execution and management.
・Intermediate level of English (written business level).
