Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Foreman with experience tree climbing to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for landscape maintenance, tree care, with experience in tree trimming and the operation of bucket trucks. and heavy equipment. CDL required. Certified Arborist preferred. MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE. This role involves working outdoors in various weather conditions, ensuring the health and aesthetics of trees while maintaining safety standards.

Duties

• Perform tree removals, trimming, and pruning to maintain the health and appearance of trees.
• Operate bucket trucks safely to access high branches and perform necessary trimming tasks.
• Oversee the tree crew with the most efficient method and time saving techniques .
• Inspect trees for signs of disease or damage, providing recommendations for care or removal as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to safety protocols.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition, reporting any issues promptly.

Qualifications

• Experience in tree climbing and tree surgeon work required.
• Proficiency in operating bucket trucks and other equipment including cranes, skid steers, spider lifts, etc.
• Knowledge of landscape maintenance practices, including plant care and soil management.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to safety on the job site.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and perform physical tasks, including lifting and climbing.
• A valid driver’s license is required; CDL required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $125,000.00 per year
