プロジェクト管理 ：制作プロセス全体を通じてアセット（資産）を管理し、コンテンツを期限通りに、かつ一度で正しく提供・展開することを主な目的とします。タイムラインの管理、リソースの割り当て、リスクログの管理、関係者との調整、需要予測と優先順位付けのプロセスの管理、障害の排除などを行います。
ブランド管理／グローバルからローカルへのコンテンツ管理 ：グローバルで作成されたマスターコンテンツが、各国の規制要件に適合するように適応され、市場で実行可能な状態にする責任を担います。ローカルのニーズ（例：画像など）に合わせてコンテンツをローカライズしつつ、グローバルのストーリーの一貫性を保ちます。承認プロセスを監督し、スケジュール通りに進行するよう管理します。
関係構築 ：メディカルライター、制作パートナー、翻訳パートナー、グローバルTA（治療領域）、ローカルTA、BE&E、制作ハブの管理チームなど、主要な関係者と連携し、グローバルアセットが市場で使用できるように適応されることを確実にします。
