■Requirements
・5+ years of experience in warranty claim management within the automotive industry.
・Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
・Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
・Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
・Experience with automotive warranty management systems.
・Experience working with international teams.
・Fluent Japanese and English language skills.
・Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
