Work From Home - Benefit Advisor
This Benefit Advisor role provides a flexible work-from-home opportunity for individuals looking to supplement their income. No prior experience is required, making this an excellent entry-level position in the insurance industry.
You will utilize current leads and develop new leads to establish clients and provide the insurance products they need. We offer a wide variety of insurance services, including life and health insurance, and our goal is to find the best policies for each client. You will be responsible for keeping up with insurance trends and changes to the coverage offered by different insurance companies.
Duties and Responsibilities:• Determine the specific needs of particular clients by researching current coverage and available options
• Explain policy details and benefits to customers in a clear and concise manner
• Answer questions related to coverage and annual charges
• Help customers complete all paperwork properly
• Obtain underwriting approval by completing the application for coverage
• Process applications and assist clients with the onboarding process
• Maintain and grow a portfolio of satisfied customers through excellent service
• Collaborate with the team to identify new business opportunities and implement sales strategies
• Participate in ongoing training to stay up-to-date with industry regulations and product offerings
Requirements and Qualifications:
• Prior sales experience a plus
• Motivated and proactive mindset to identify and capitalize on sales opportunities
• Strong communication skills
• A passion for providing exceptional customer service and building long-term relationships
• Organized, self-motivated, and proactive in problem-solving
• The ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Zoom Workplace
• Familiarity with the insurance industry or a willingness to learn
• Life and health insurance license
