Job Description

A multinational medical device manufacturer is looking for a Marketing Manager. The selected candidate will lead marketing strategy development and execution for new and existing urology products.

Responsibilities:

* Develop and execute marketing plans and initiatives aligned with sales goals
* Create strategies for product launch, key account management, and field support
* Support sales teams through training programs and on-site customer visits
* Plan and execute promotional events, workshops, and congress participation
* Create and implement marketing materials based on customer and sales input
* Manage product lifecycle and support product-related activities

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree or above in marketing, business or a relevant domain (MBA is ideal)
* Experience in medical device marketing
* Knowledge of the healthcare industry
* Familiarity with medical device (urology, radiation, and therapy)
* Understanding with regulatory requirements for medical device marketing
* Skilled in digital marketing tools and platforms
* Ability and willingness to travel Bachelor's degree or above in marketing, business or a relevant domain (MBA is ideal)
Experience in medical device marketing
Knowledge of the healthcare industry
