Company Profile

• We are currently hiring a Remote Accountant on behalf of one of our key clients - a fast-growing global technology company with operations across multiple continents. This is a fully remote opportunity, ideal for candidates with strong accounting skills and experience working in international environments.
• The successful candidate will join their global finance team and play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of day-to-day financial operations and reporting processes.

The Role

• Maintain the general ledger, including journal entries, accruals, and account reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Oversee accounts payable and receivable, payroll entries, and employee expense reimbursements.
• Support month-end and year-end close processes.
• Liaise with external auditors, tax advisors, and accounting partners as needed
• Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and procedures
• Help optimize accounting workflows, systems, and internal reporting
• Collaborate with teams across Finance, Operations, and HR to support business growth

Your Skills

• 3-5 years of professional accounting experience, preferably in a tech or multinational environment
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards
• Business level proficiency in both Japanese and English

• 6 million yen - 10 million yen
