PeopleShare is hiring for a Full Time Contract Recruiter role to support one of our clients with an exciting upcoming project in Philadelphia! This short-term role is a great opportunity to expand your corporate recruiting experience, build your portfolio, and connect with top professionals in the industry.

Full Time Contract Recruiter Role Job Details: •Schedule: Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week
•Pay Rate: $25-$28 per hour (overtime opportunities may be available)
•Contract length: 4-6 weeks
•Gain exposure to corporate recruiting while working alongside experienced professionals

Full Time Contract Recruiter Job Description: •Manage the full cycle recruiting process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates
•Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and deliver tailored recruiting strategies
•Post job openings, review resumes, and conduct phone screens to identify top talent quickly
•Maintain organized candidate records and ensure a positive, professional experience for all applicants

Full Time Contract Recruiter Job Requirements: •2-3 years of full cycle recruiting experience
•Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring teams
•Ability to multitask and remain flexible in a fast-paced environment
•Excellent customer service skills
•High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
