Hardware Technician

We operate in floral, personalized gift and food gifting online retail We operate 31 production and retail locations. We are hoping to fill the position on or before end of June.

Main responsibility:

• - be responsible for computers and printers purchasing, maintenance and repair at company 30+ locations
• -be responsible for installation ( either by you or third party contractor) surveillance and phone equipment at new locations
• -be responsible for network installation ( either by you or third party contractor) at new locations
• - working with internet and telco service providers for all company locations

Requirements:

• - ability and desire to travel in Canada, Australia and New Zealand
• - hands on knowledge and experience with computer hardware
• - must work from Ottawa office
