AWS Global Services includes experts from across AWS who help our customers design, build, operate, and secure their cloud environments. Customers innovate with AWS Professional Services, upskill with AWS Training and Certification, optimize with AWS Support and Managed Services, and meet objectives with AWS Security Assurance Services. Our expertise and emerging technologies include AWS Partners, AWS Sovereign Cloud, AWS International Product, and the Generative AI Innovation Center. You’ll join a diverse team of technical experts in dozens of countries who help customers achieve more with the AWS cloud.

The ProServe Partner Leader at Amazon Web Services (AWS) is responsible for driving partner revenue growth through strategic business planning and execution. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to create go-to-market strategies, manage partner relationships, and oversee pipeline management. The leader will engage with senior executives, understand partner needs, and articulate value propositions to enhance business outcomes.

Key job responsibilities
Responsibilities
• Collaborate with AWS ProServe Leaders, account teams, and partners to define and execute joint sales and go-to-market programs.
• Maintain a holistic view of the partner community in the local market and understand partner capabilities and solutions.
• Identify and drive Go-To-Market opportunities between partners and the ProServe Business Development team.
• Expand AWS's footprint and drive new customer engagements with partners to grow overall revenue.
• Understand technical and capability requirements of partners and guide product offerings with the internal development team.
• Participate in complex contract negotiations and liaise with operational and legal teams.
• Own deal execution with partners and coach them on best practices.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 5+ years of developing, negotiating and executing business agreements experience
- 5+ years of professional or military experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level
- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
