The Customer Service Agent will interact with clients via phone, email, and in person to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information about real estate services. The role ensures that every client experience is positive, efficient, and professional.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to client inquiries and resolve concerns promptly.
Provide information about real estate services, listings, and processes.
Maintain accurate client records in the CRM system.
Collaborate with sales and operations teams to improve client satisfaction.
Follow up with clients to ensure timely resolution of issues.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree preferred).
Previous customer service experience, preferably in real estate.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
A customer-focused, problem-solving attitude.
