Job Description

This role is responsible for driving sales of the company products as an Account Manager, encompassing hardware, services, mobile network operator (MNO) business development, and distribution partner management. The main objective is to create and implement sales strategies that boost revenue and increase market share in the IoT and wireless communications sectors.

Description

* Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth for the company products, including cellular, short-range (SR), GNSS modules, connectivity services, and IoT solutions.
* Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with mobile network operators (MNOs) and other key players in the IoT and wireless communication sectors.
* Act as an account manager to manage and support customers and distribution partners, ensuring successful project delivery and long-term collaboration.
* Work closely with internal teams-such as marketing, engineering, and product development-to align sales initiatives with company goals.
* Monitor market trends and competitors, lead contract negotiations, and provide regular performance updates and insights to senior management.

Profile

· 10 years' working experience. Proven track record in sales management, preferably within the telecommunications industry, with a focus on wireless modules and MNO (Mobile Network Operator) business.

· Strong knowledge of wireless communication technologies, the MNO ecosystem, and relevant industry trends.

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‐paced, dynamic environment.
