弊社が運営する都内のスクールで、スクールアドバイザーとして勤務していただきます。
弊社が運営する帰国子女アカデミーは首都圏に10校と通信コースがあり、約3,800名の生徒が在籍しています。
幼稚園年中から高校3年生まで在籍しており、80%が帰国生です。
今では、帰国生だけでなく、帰国生と同じように高い英語力を持つ生徒も増えています。
まるで現地校にいるかのような100%英語の環境は、KAの大きな特徴であり、質の高い英語教育を提供するうえで重要な要素のひとつです。
完全英語の環境で、似た境遇を持つ仲間とのびのび過ごし、アタマを100%英語に切り替えて勉強する。
帰国子女アカデミーには、帰国生にとって最適の学びの場があります。
そのような環境で、生徒をサポートしたり、保護者のご相談に対応するというスクールアドバイザーは帰国子女アカデミーにとってとても重要な役割を担っています。
【お任せする仕事内容】
● 問い合わせ、保護者・生徒対応
- 欠席連絡やクラスの変更、進路についてなど、お問い合わせ内容はさまざまです。対面・メール・電話で対応します。
● スクール案内（セールス）
- 保護者にスクールやカリキュラムをご案内。多い時で、1日約15件程度を担当します。営業ノルマはありません。
● 生徒スケジュール管理
- 欠席や振替をスケジュールに登録していきます。このスケジュールをもとに講師が授業準備をするため、正確に管理していきましょう。
● 入会後のフォローアップ
● 入会生徒の書類やテキストなどの準備
● イベント企画、開催
- クリスマスやハロウィンなど、生徒たちと先生方も全員が楽しくなるような季節イベントを考えていただきます。
● その他、スクール運営に関わる業務全般
【入社したあとは】
入社後3週間は業務に必要な初期トレーニング（スケジュール表の更新方法や、カリキュラムの勉強、セールスの練習など）を行い、その後、各スクールに配属します。
配属後1ヶ月、3ヶ月、6ヶ月の目標設定を行い、定期的にできるようになった業務の"質”を確認させていただきます。
中学受験の進路面接や保護者対応が問題なくできるようになり、将来的にはマネージャーを目指していただきたいと思っております。
