Job Description :
- IT Support to users, both based out of the office and working at Client or remote locations.
- Install, configure, manage IT Infra covering all services managed by CCD
- Ensure all IT devices are compliant with latest patches, OEM supported OS/HW/SW.
- Aligning to Service Support processes and working with stakeholders on this regard

- Ensure all IT devices are compliant with latest patches, OEM supported OS/HW/SW.
- Knowledge and troubleshooting skills of End user computing Hardware, Operating System, Applications
- Handle laptop, desktop, mobile (includes Tring), service requests and incidents, for local and remote users.
- Provide new hire onboarding support (local at site and remote over WebEx), to configure laptop and basic IT services.
- Aligning to Service Support processes and working with stakeholders on this regard.
- Prepare systems & infrastructure in alignment to IT and Information security guidelines.
- Coordinating with ISPs during link outages and ensuring restoration of services.
- Network Management (e.g. Cisco Switches and Routers, Wireless Access Networks, Checkpoint Firewall) and troubleshooting skills.
- Managing the Regional MPLS infrastructure and COS management & routing.
- Managing LAN/WAN & WLAN infra across the Region.
- Managing the client connectivity for the region and firewall management for the region.
- Ensuring the systems in the locations are compliant with respect to Security KPI’s.
- Handling Audits and ensure addressing the findings.
- Business Continuity Management activities for the IT Infrastructure and services delivered from the location.
- Assets inventory management related activities.
- Co-ordination with vendors & service providers for obtaining equipment quotes based on regular/specific project needs.
- Participate and provide inputs on Budgeting for IT Infrastructure at the location.
- Perform project management & implementation activities for new infrastructure setup or upgrade of existing infrastructure
- Working with stakeholders from Delivery, Facilities, Information Security Group, Client, Suppliers and Internal teams.
- Identify areas of opportunities and develop a business case for review, sign off and implement.
