**Job Description: Registered Nurse (RN) - Interventional Radiology**
**Position Overview:**
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Interventional Radiology to join our healthcare team. This position involves assessing, implementing, and evaluating patient care under the guidance of a licensed physician. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of nursing principles, theories, and current practices, and will work collaboratively with patients, their families, and healthcare professionals to deliver individualized care.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Assess patient needs and develop care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
- Implement nursing interventions and evaluate patient responses to care.
- Guide nursing support staff in providing high-quality patient care in adherence to nursing standards and departmental policies.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of and apply the nursing process effectively.
- Continuously update knowledge of nursing techniques and methodologies relevant to Interventional Radiology.
**Qualifications:**
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing (Required).
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (Required).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical specialty, specifically Interventional Radiology (Preferred).
- Current Registered Nurse License in Pennsylvania (RN-LIC) (Required).
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (Required).
**Additional Information:**
This is a part-time position offering 16 hours per week. The role requires strong communication and teamwork skills, as well as a commitment to delivering exceptional patient care in a fast-paced environment.
