What you will do.
Work under supervision of Maintenance Chair
Routine property maintenance and repair such has basic plumbing (changing/repairing taps, toilets and sinks) and basic carpentry (Repairing interior doors, cabinets and closets doors.)
Cleaning common area keeping the site looking good and sanitary.
Coordinate with electrical and plumbing contractors for minor repairs.
Monitor the boilers and check pressure daily to ensure they are functioning properly
Preventive maintenance changing filters, belts, inspecting equipment
Replenishing salt in water softener. Yard work and snow removal
Hours of work Monday to Friday 7:30 am to noon Monday to Friday stat holidays off
