 As a bilingual Sales Representative , you will assist small businesses by answering their questions and promoting various products and services offered by Canada’s largest telecommunications company. Thanks to your excellent sales skills and your ability to listen, you will recommend the best investment in communication solutions based on their needs.

  What we offer: 

  • Hourly compensation of $20/hour in training, $22/h afterwards.
  • Base Salary: $16.50
  • Call bonus: $3.25
  • Special bonus for the first 7 months: $0.25
  • Bilingual premium after training: $2.00
  • Significant monthly performance-based incentive;
  • Complete benefits package after six months, including a comprehensive insurance (medical, dental and life), additional RRSP contributions, and significant discounts on insurance and telecommunications products and services.
  • Great daytime, week day working hours! You must be available to work from Monday to Friday 8am till 6pm EST;
  • Fully paid training at our Laval office;
  • After training, you will receive an excellent support plan during your first three weeks of in-office work at the Laval site, where you will actively take calls and make sales with guidance and support;
  • After successfully completing your three-week in-office work phase, you will have the privilege to work from home if you choose to do so.

Responsibilities:

In this role, you will:

  • Respond to different requests from business customers to discuss the products used and present new solutions;
  • Analyze a company's communication needs and promote the appropriate technological solution, including IP access, Internet services, E-commerce, Web hosting, Desktop security, etc.;
  • Preserve and expand the ongoing business relationship between the client and the company.

Qualifications :

  • You are bilingual : you must speak fluent English and French to interact with French and English-speaking customers in Canada. Answering customers in English will be required between 30 and 60% of the time.
  • Eligibility criteria to work from home:
  • Must have a minimum of 25 MBPS high speed internet;
  • Must have a secure space and not be disturbed during your shift.
  • Candidates must reside near the NQX centre to be able to travel there, if necessary.
  • Excellent sales and negotiation skills – You’re able to refute objections and are not afraid to promote new solutions to the client;
  • Excellent communication skills (oral and written) and ability to quickly connect and interact with people;
  • High school diploma or equivalent completed;
  • Knowledge of the environment and the challenges associated with small and medium-sized businesses;
  • Previous business market experience, an important asset;
  • Ability to work in a computerized environment and perform various tasks simultaneously;
